AI slide edits show their cost and finish reliably

Edit With AI and Reroll Slide on Remix slides now use 5 credits per edit on every plan, the same as an AI rewrite. The cost shows on each button before you start. An edit that fails or is interrupted uses no credits. On the Free plan, AI slide edits share the 20-a-day allowance with AI rewrite actions, and running out of credits opens the usual options to continue.

Edits that take longer than a minute or two now finish and apply instead of stopping with an error, and the panel shows while an edit is still working.
