Creative tools finish more reliably, with clearer AI limits

Cover Creator, Photo Styles and AI image generation now continue in the background when a result takes longer than a web request. You can keep the page open while SlideDrift checks the job, instead of a long generation stopping at the browser or network time limit.

AI connections now use generation allowances that follow the account's plan: Free gets 5 generations or Brand Kit imports per hour; Starter gets 5, Pro 10 and Agency 20 per 10 minutes. An active trial follows the plan being trialled. Cover generation has its own allowance of 5 per 10 minutes on every plan.

If SlideDrift refuses a confirmed AI request before paid work starts, the unused generation slot is returned. The assistant receives a specific reason and, when the allowance is temporarily full, how long to wait before trying again.

The notification bell also includes What's new, drawn from SlideDrift's public changelog, so recent product changes are available inside the app.
