Edit existing carousels with your AI assistant

Make precise, recoverable slide edits through MCP without regenerating the deck or using generation credits.

Connected AI assistants can now edit existing native SlideDrift carousels. Ask for copy, typography, image, layout, background, or element-order changes and review an exact preview before the first edit is applied.

Each applied edit request creates one restore point and checks that it is based on the latest saved carousel version. Edits stop instead of overwriting newer work when the carousel has changed, is still generating, or is tied to a post that is scheduled or publishing.

For focused work, you can approve a 5–30 minute session limited to one carousel and specific edit types. The session cannot export, share, schedule, publish, spend credits, or access another carousel. Learn how MCP editing approvals work.
