aiCarousels, in brief

aiCarousels' homepage says you can start free, with no sign-up, and its quick guide walks through the editor:

• Drafting: the AI generator starts from a topic, your text, a website, a YouTube video or a PDF.
• Design: pick a template or shuffle designs, set the platform, choose a color palette and fonts, including any Google Font or your own, and add a headshot or logo, your name and your website in the Branding tab.
• Slides: each slide has its own settings. Images come from stock photos, AI or your uploads, and an AI writing assistant rewrites the text you select.
• Finishing: press Download Carousel, and a caption generator opens as the download starts. For LinkedIn, its posting guide has you export a multi-page PDF and upload it yourself.

Its PRO plan adds tools beyond carousels, such as LinkedIn post, post idea, quote card, infographic and headshot generators, and its PRO post generator can publish the posts it writes to LinkedIn. The homepage doesn't list the PRO price.

SlideDrift, in brief

SlideDrift is built around the LinkedIn carousel. You paste notes or text, a link or an idea, or upload a PDF on a paid plan, then press Generate. • Design: start from a Remix design or a standard template. Preferences set the number of slides (7 by default) and the format: 1:1, 4:5 or 9:16. Remix designs are 4:5.

A Brand Kit keeps your logo, colors, fonts and tone, and you can apply it before you generate or later in the editor. Free and Starter keep one custom kit; Pro and Agency keep more.
• Finishing: click Share, then Export, then Download PDF. On a paid plan you can also schedule it to LinkedIn, including to Company Pages on Pro and Agency. For Instagram or TikTok, download PNGs or get a public image link for each slide to use in another app; SlideDrift doesn't post there itself.

New hires drift in their first 30 days. Nobody owns their onboarding, feedback arrives after the first week, and the first useful project starts too late. The fix: name one owner, set a feedback date in week one, and give the new hire a real project early.
