Limits

SlideDrift uses limits to protect the app and keep generation, exports, and uploads reliable.

Free-plan daily limits

Free accounts have daily action limits:

• Generate carousel: 5 per day.
• Generate with a Pro template: 2 per day.
• Standard AI image: 3 per day.
• Pro AI image: not available.
• Remix fast: 2 per day.
• Remix HQ: not available.
• Export: 5 per day.
• AI rewrite actions and AI slide edits: 20 per day, shared between them.

Upload limits

Image uploads support JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF files up to 10 MB.

On paid plans and during a trial, you can use PDF sources up to 50 MB and 100 pages. The PDF must also fit within the account's available storage before it can be processed and saved.

Storage

Images, videos, and saved PDF sources you upload count toward your account's storage. Each plan includes:

• Free: 50 MB.
• Starter: 1 GB.
• Pro: 5 GB.
• Agency: 25 GB.

Any active seven-day trial includes 1 GB of storage, regardless of the plan selected for after the trial.

A new plan's storage applies as soon as the plan changes. Moving to a smaller plan never deletes files, but while you use more than the plan includes, new uploads wait until you delete files or upgrade.

Your videos in the LinkedIn video composer shows how much storage you use. When an upload doesn't fit, SlideDrift says how much storage is free.

Export limits

Exports are rate-limited. If you export too many times in a short period, wait a moment and try again.

Free accounts may need to complete a verification challenge before exporting.

Credit limits

If you do not have enough credits for an action, SlideDrift blocks the action and shows a message before continuing.
